In 1969 Barb Ewanowski started ECL Wellness Center - Electrolysis Clinic & Laser. Barb worked for 26 years until her daughter Teri Wians took over the business as Barb retired.
Barb instilled the value of personalized service and Teri has carried on this belief through meeting individually with each client. Her first priority is to work together and develop a treatment plan that will produce your desired results.
Liz Sterk has also been a part of the business for over 20 years. She has enjoyed working with Barb and Teri and loves to make her clients happy. Teri Wians, R.E. and Liz Sterk, R.E. are licensed electrologists and certified laser technicians.
In addition to electrolysis and Laser hair removal, we offer the following services:

About Dr. Steven Motarjeme, Medical Director
Dr. Steven Motarjeme, M.D., is a highly skilled physician with exemplary training and over 25 years of experience providing outstanding patient care. A Chicago native, "Dr. M" received his medical degree from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and went on to complete 3 residencies at the prestigious Ohio State University.
He is an innovator and has always been at the forefront of medicine, from opening multiple laser and aesthetic centers in the infancy of the aesthetic boom to starting cutting edge Cardiovascular Hospitals and Hospitalist/Emergency Trauma programs across the country. He also co-founded the second largest Telemedicine company in the world. With his diverse training and years on the front lines of medicine, Dr. M has become a dynamic physician with impeccable surgical skills and a keen eye for aesthetic detail. In addition, he is a sharp diagnostician and problem solver.
A $40 Non-Refundable Consultation Fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be credited towards your first treatment or lost if the client does not show up or cancel within 24 hours.
